Cancellation & Spa Policies
At Mauldin Massage & Day Spa, we value your time and ours. To insure fairness and the best service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies.
Cancellation Policy
- All purchases are NON-Refundable
- A 24-hour advanced notice is required for cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Payment must be made prior to your next appointment.
- Prepaid appointments marked as "no-shows" will automatically be considered used meaning you forfeit your service. Please, call us - we're happy to help reschedule whenever possible.
Gift Certificates
- Expired gift certificates may be redeemed: however, a $35 reactivation fee applies if the certificate is past the expiration date. All Gift Certificates expire 9 months from date of purchase.
No-Shows
- Clients who miss an appointment without providing 24-hour notice will be charged the full price of services booked. If not prepaid this must be paid before booking future visits.
Late Arrivals
- Arriving more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session to respect other clients' schedules.
- Regardless of session length, the full fee will apply. Please, plan accordingly to enjoy your complete treatment.
Spa Packages
- Packages of multiple massage or skincare services are Non-transferable and may not be shared.
