Cancellation & Spa Policies
At Mauldin Massage & Day Spa, we value your time and ours. To insure fairness and the best service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Absolutely no refunds
- A 24-hour advanced notice is required for cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Payment must be made prior to your next appointment.
- Prepaid appointments marked as "no-shows" will automatically be considered used. Please, call us - we're happy to help reschedule whenever possible.
Gift Certificates
- Expired gift certificates may be redeemed: however, a $35 reactivation fee applies if the certificate is more than six months past expiration.
No-Shows
- Clients who miss an appointment without providing 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee. This must be paid before booking future visits.
Late Arrivals
- Arriving more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session to respect other clients' schedules.
- Regardless of session length, the full fee will apply. Please, plan accordingly to enjoy your complete treatment.
Spa Packages
- Packages of multiple massage or skincare services are Non-transferable and may not be shared.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason whithout notifiying us 24 hours in advance will be considered a “no-show" and you will be charged for the full price of your “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled visit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Spa Packages of more than one massage, are per person only, and may not be shared.
