Vacccination & Booster Policy

For your safety and the safety of our staff, we kindly ask that you schedule your massage therapy and facial appointments at least 14 days after receiving any COVID‑19 or other vaccinations/boosters. This precaution helps ensure you do not experience adverse reactions that massage could potentially worsen, and allows us to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Feeling Unwell?

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (COVID, flu, pneumonia, etc.), please stay home, rest, and rebook your appointment 14 days after symptoms have fully subsided. Massage while sick can make you feel worse, and we want to support your recovery, not hinder it. We will always understand if you need to reschedule — simply communicate with us to avoid being charged for your session.

Policies

• All sales are final — no refunds.
• No‑shows will be charged the full price of services.
• We understand emergencies happen — please contact us and we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule.
• Expired gift certificates may be used, but a $35 reactivation fee applies if they are more than 6 months past expiration.
